Aspire Kalkallo’s Family Fun Day Event
On Saturday 22nd of February, Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Kalkallo held a Family Fun Day Event at the centre. It was Aspire’s first community event of the year, and what a wonderful morning it was! The sun was shining and families and the community gathered at our Kalkallo centre to enjoy some FREE fun activities with the community and our Aspire staff. Discover more about the day below!
We had the lovely team from Paint and Pop face painting join us at Aspire Kalkallo. The children were so keen to get their faces painted with many fun designs to choose from. These included a unicorn, butterfly, mermaid, tiger, Spiderman, Batman and more. The face painting was a massive hit and the children looked gorgeous thanks to the Paint and Pop team.

The children also enjoyed some giant bubbles and balloon twisting creations by the team from Balloonaversal. There was some fun balloon sculptures created including monkeys, giraffes, butterflies, flowers and more. Bubble activities also brought endless joy and laughter to the kids, with giant bubble sculptures and bubble games for them to enjoy.
And you couldn’t forget the beautiful ponies that engaged and entertained the children. Also provided by the Balloonaversal team, the children were able to ride ponies in the centre’s outdoor yard. It was a great experience for the children – with many riding their first ever pony! Check out the gorgeous photos below.
The event was a huge success, and we are so thankful to all the families who attended our Kalkallo community event. It was a great opportunity to see the centre, meet our wonderful staff and learn more about our initatives and connection with the community.
Our Aspire Kalkallo centre has nine spacious rooms that support children through their entire learning journey. We cater for children aged six weeks to six years old. The centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators, who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child.
Aspire Kalkallo recognises the important role that community plays in a child’s development. Because of this, the team have actively engaged in connecting with Kallo Town’s local businesses, primary schools and community centre. Aspire Kalkallo has a strong connection with Gilgai Plains Primary School, where the kinder children have participated in excursions to the school, supporting their school readiness.
