We are thrilled to have opened a third Aspire centre in the Cranbourne community! The Cranbourne East team have loved welcoming new families to the centre since opening.
Our Aspire Cranbourne East centre has 8 spacious rooms that support children through their entire learning journey, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old. We are fortunate to have a great team of educators and management staff on board at our Cranbourne East centre who are experienced and passionate about delivering high-quality early education.
Meet some of our Cranbourne East team below!
Abby has joined the management team as the new Centre Manager for Aspire Cranbourne East. She has been in the Early Childhood sector for 8 years and a management role for the past 6 years. She started off in the sector as an Assistant Educator and has worked her way up to 2IC and then Centre Manager.
Abby holds an advanced diploma in Community Sector management obtained through Selmar Institute of Education.
As a Centre Manager, one of Abby’s greatest passions is fostering positive, trusting, and open relationships with families, children, and educators. She truly believes this is essential in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Abby looks forward to welcoming the community to Aspire Cranbourne East and providing your children with an unforgettable early education experience.
Lisa is delighted to be part of the Cranbourne East team as Head of Curriculum. With over 25 years in Early Childhood Education, her journey began with a childhood dream of becoming a Kindergarten Teacher. Lisa completed her Diploma in Children’s Services at Swinburne University in 2005 and Bachelor of Early Childhood at the University of Melbourne in 2012. Over the years, she’s worked in various roles, including Kindergarten Teacher, Educational Leadership, and Centre Management, with a focus on creating engaging curriculum and inspiring play spaces.
She is passionate about guiding children with kindness and compassion to help them reach their potential. She is eager to mentor fellow educators and continue to grow in the field. Outside of work, Lisa is a proud mum to three wonderful kids and enjoys family activities like beach outings, sports, and arts and crafts.
Radiani Koulis, or Rad for short, has joined the Cranbourne East team as the Centre Support Coordinator. She began her journey in the childcare industry over 20 years ago, working in all different age groups. Rad enjoys social outings with her family and friends with coffee and music. She also enjoys watching her son play sport on the weekends too.
She is so excited to meet all the families and children at Aspire Cranbourne East.
Vanessa is a Room Leader in the Sunflower Nursery room, and the team are thrilled to welcome her. She is the proud and loving mum of 3 children under 4. She loves a mocha chino with a shot of hazelnut, and her happy place is where her husband and children are. Vanessa has already had an impact on the team and children with her infectious smile and creative flare.
Tara has been in the Early Education industry for over ten years and previously worked at Aspire Cranbourne West and Ramlegh. With a wealth of experience, the team are excited to have her join the centre. Tara enjoys building positive and meaningful partnerships with children, families, colleagues and the wider community. She prides herself on creating a home away from home for children and families.
In Tara’s spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her two-year-old daughter Summer and her two dogs. She adores family outings to the park, the beach and being out in nature.
Milie joins the team as the 4 year old Kinder teacher, bringing over 18 years of experience with her. She loves a flat white coffee, and enjoys reading and practicing Indian classic dancing. We look forward to learning and growing alongside Milie and our 4 year old kindergarten children.
The team have had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the heart of the service, Deaane, as Cranbourne East’s Centre Chef. Deaane has over 10 years’ experience in the early childhood industry as a Chef, making her a fantastic addition to the team. Deaane’s cooking has that perfect homemade feel to it, packed with love, care and nutrition.
We look forward to sampling her amazing dishes and tasty snacks!
