Aspire Beveridge's Fun Fair Community Event
On Saturday 15th March, Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Beveridge held a Family Fun Fair Event! They invited their families and the Beveridge community to enjoy some free family-fun activities and delicious food. It was a great opportunity to also explore the centre and meet the wonderful Beveridge team. Discover more about the fun morning below!
Aspire Beveridge had the lovely team from Reptile Encounters join their Family Fun Fair. Reptile Encounters provide wonderful shows and interactive experiences with some of Australia’s native wildlife. The children and families were in awe as they got to touch and hold different reptiles including lizards, turtles and small and big snakes!
The reptile room was a massive hit with families, who were able to experience something different and exciting on their Saturday morning. As a regular incursion partner, Aspire Beveridge were keen to have Reptile encounters at the event, as the children thoroughly enjoy getting up close and personal with the animals!
Some beautiful face painting also took place at the event from the lovely team at Colours of Uzma. They painted some beautiful designs including unicorns, butterflies, tigers, wolves, dinos and more! The children were queuing up to get their faces painted. See below some of the designs from the lovely face painting team!
Aspire Beveridge also had the pleasure of Magical Days Kindy Dancing join the event. As a regular incursion at our Beveridge centre, they were grateful to have the team offer a fun and creative session for the children. The children moved their minds and bodies as they danced and moved to different music and rhythms.
It was a fun and vibrant session, with some adults getting involved in the fun too!
Our Beveridge chef and staff also cooked up some delicious food for families to enjoy! There were some yummy vegetarian wraps, pizza wheels and creamy pasta. As well as a delicious spread of cheese, dips, crackers and some refreshing watermelon and rockmelon. It was just what the families needed to fill their stomachs and feel refreshed on a hot Melbourne day!
Our Aspire Beveridge centre has eight spacious rooms that support children through their entire learning journey. We cater for children aged six weeks to six years old. The centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators, who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child.
Aspire Beveridge recognises the important role that community plays in a child’s development. Because of this, the team have actively engaged in connecting with local businesses, primary schools and the Beveridge community centre. Aspire Kalkallo has a strong connection with Beveridge Primary School, where the kinder children have participated in excursions to the school, supporting their school readiness.
