Aspire Beveridge’s Exciting Incursion Programs
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Beveridge has introduced new incursion programs at their centre. These incursion programs provide each child the opportunity to learn, get active and experience new things! Supporting children in this way ensures that they get a well-rounded education.

Running every Friday for all age groups is the Magical Days Kindy Dancing and Movement Classes run by Magic Jenny. Combining hands-on learning with creative movement, Magic Jenny’s Magical Days Kindy Dancing is a creative learning program that allows kids to move, dance and be creative. During this session the children move along to different music and rhythms, as well as participate in different activities like storytelling and roleplaying.
This incursion promotes physical activity and social interaction amongst peers. They also enhance co-ordination skills, language and speech, mathematics, reasoning ability, confidence, self-expression, creativity and promote school readiness.
Every Thursday on a fortnightly basis, Melbourne Kids Yoga and Creative Dance team attend Aspire Beveridge to run fun yoga classes for the kindergarten children. These yoga classes include conscious breathing, relaxation, and exploring yoga poses through games, stories, music and music and more!
These yoga classes supporting children’s gross motor development, increasing their ability to focus and concentrate in addition to teaching them how to use breathing exercises to help regulate their emotions.
The Beveridge children have enjoyed these fun programs so far and love welcoming Magic Jenny and the Melbourne Yoga team to the centre.
