Aspire Bella Estate’s Exciting Incursion Programs
Aspire Early Education Bella Estate opened earlier this year, but already has an exciting program of incursions for their children. The incursion programs provide fun experiences that are designed to enhance the curriculum and provide children with opportunities to learn and explore beyond the regular classroom routine.
Aspire Bella Estate offers fortnightly incursion programs that promote different activities and interests including sport, art and music. They also have term incursions that offer different experiences for the children including animal displays, music fun, cultural experiences and more. SketchRoo Art Incursion
Bella Estate’s Kinder rooms participate in fortnightly Sketchroo Art incursions by Denver. This program aims to nurture the children's creativity and expression through beautiful artwork. Art isn't just about colors and shapes; it's a powerful tool for our little ones to express emotions, ideas, and meanings through various media choices. Moreover, it's a fantastic platform to cultivate collaborative skills like sharing ideas, taking leadership, and effective communication.
The Sketchroo program provides hands-on experiences, allowing children to dive into diverse materials, techniques, and mediums, sparking their imagination and curiosity along the way. We love some of the masterpieces the children have created!
Little Sports Hero's Incursion
Little Sports Heroes is a specialised sports incursion that is packed with fun-filled sports activities designed to ignite a passion for fitness, teamwork, and skill-building among our children. This program encourages children to engage their physical and sporting skills through a variety of different sports, games, and activities.
The children have learnt how to kick a soccer ball, how to throw a basketball, how to catch and more! These skills are the building blocks for the growth and development of a healthy, active lifestyle.
Hey Dee Ho Incursion
Hey Dee Ho is a music incursion that is also run fortnightly for our different age groups. The program gets children to dance along to music, enjoy different rhythms, sing along to songs and more. Engaging in musical activities, especially those that involve dance movement, can indeed provide valuable opportunities for children to explore various aspects of their development, including gross motor skills and language acquisition. The children love this program to have fun, express themselves and even get a little loud!
As well as the regular incursion programs at Aspire Bella Estate, they also offer one-off incursions that ran on a Term basis for the children that offer different experiences and learnings.
Aussie Wildlife Incursion
During Term 1, Bella Estate had an incredible wildlife incursion courtesy of Aussie Wildlife. The children had an opportunity to get up close and personal with some fascinating Aussie creatures, including the black-headed python, crocodile, blue-tongue lizard, wombat, parrot, possum! It was a hands-on experience where the children not only got to touch and feel these amazing animals but also learned a lot of interesting facts about them.
A massive thank you to Aussie Wildlife Displays for bringing such an enriching and educational incursion to the centre.
Digeridoo Incursion
In Term 2, the Bella Estate team planned a Didgeridoo Incursion. This is a magical musical adventure with mesmerizing Didgeridoo music, allowing the children to immerse themselves in the soulful melodies of Aboriginal Australia. This will give children the opportunity to experience and learn more about this ancient Aboriginal musical instrument, and the connection between music and Aboriginal culture.
