Aspire Baldivis is NOW OPEN!

The long-awaited Aspire Baldivis centre has officially opened! It is especially exciting to bring Aspire to our Western Australian family for the first time.

Nestled amidst vast nature reserves and just a stone's throw away from Pine View Primary School and Baldivis South Community Centre, Aspire Baldivis boasts a state-of-the-art facility. Designed to provide a nurturing environment for children to thrive, it offers gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. With its five expansive rooms, the centre is equipped to support children throughout their developmental journey. Aspire Baldivis caters to ages spanning from 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Our centre is ready to go, and our staff ready to meet our wonderful families! Learn more about our amazing Centre Manager, Tatum Spark, below!

Meet Aspire Baldivis Centre Manager Tatum

Hi, my name is Tatum Spark and I am the Centre Manager of Aspire Baldivis.

Aspire Baldivis
Aspire Baldivis Centre Manager Tatum Spark!

I started my journey in early education back in 2003, recognising that at an early age that I had a passion for supporting young children and making a difference in their lives. I often took care of many of my younger cousins, due to being the oldest of many.

I've worked across many roles including educator, lead educator, assistant manager, and manager. Through my time in these roles, I have also supported other roles in absence of staff such as supporting the kitchen and admin spaces. This has supported me in understanding many different perspectives as a leader, giving me an insight to other roles challenges and accomplishments allowing me a better understanding on how to support and guide everyone as part of a team.

I am passionate about supporting children’s understanding of their emotions and behaviours. Teaching them how their actions and behaviours affect not only themselves but others is key to their development and growth.

As an educator I believe in giving children opportunities to connect with their local community. This helps to create an understanding of community support and participation, which then creates a safe feeling for children through their transitions in life.

I can’t wait to meet you all and welcome you into our beautiful centre!
