A Familiar Face at Aspire Wollert – Your Centre Manager Fatima!
Aspire Early Education Wollert is excited to introduce Fatima, the newly appointed Centre Manager. Fatima’s journey with Aspire began in 2023 when she joined the Wollert centre as a kindergarten teacher. During her time teaching 4-year-old kindergarteners, she supported the Head of Curriculum and the Centre Manager. This was a collaborative effort that was instrumental in her professional development and ultimately led to her current leadership role.
Fatima’s educational philosophy is deeply rooted in a child-centred approach. She believes that every child is unique and deserves an environment where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore. For Fatima, play is more than just an activity; it’s a vital part of the learning process. Through play, children develop essential skills, form relationships, and build the confidence they need to understand and interact with the world around them.
Inclusivity is also a key element of Fatima’s philosophy. She is committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of their background, can thrive at Aspire Wollert. Fatima places great importance on meeting each child’s needs and fostering a sense of belonging within the Aspire Wollert community.
For Fatima, working with children is more than a career, it’s a passion. She finds immense joy in witnessing the milestones of each child, whether it’s a discovery or the mastery of a new skill. These moments are what drives her commitment to early childhood education. It reminds her of the impact she can make on the lives of the children in her care. Fatima believes that every interaction with a child is an opportunity to contribute to their growth, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
Outside of her role at the centre, Fatima enjoys spending quality time with her family. She loves to engage in activities that allow her to recharge and bring new ideas into her work. Her hobbies include dancing to her favourite music, hiking and exploring nature, and getting creative with crafting. These activities not only help her unwind but inspire her to create more engaging and enriching experiences at Aspire Wollert.
