A day of Easter Fun with Aspire Berwick Waters & Cranbourne North

On Saturday 28th of March, Aspire Berwick Waters and Cranbourne North held a joint Easter Community event for the community!

It was an amazing morning filled with connection, creativity and Easter fun, as we approach Easter weekend. Children engaged in hands-on activities, from Easter crafts and egg hunts to outdoor play, while families had the opportunity to meet, connect and enjoy the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our centre. Events like these reflect our commitment to building strong community connections and creating meaningful experiences for both children and families.

Easter Activities for all Ages

To celebrate the Easter season, children enjoyed fun easter activities including drawing and colouring in, making easter hats, completing Easter puzzles, and other sensory activities. Children were also able to get their faces painted with fun Easter designs, as well as their hair braided. Thank you to Braids Braids Braids and Rosa's Dazzling Faces for creating these fun experiences. It was great to see so many cute Easter bunnies lighting up the centre!

Musical Fun

It was also a pleasure to have Musical Minds join our event with music, movement and creativity, as children explored instruments, sang along, danced and had fun in a supportive environment.

We also had a 1-hour special performance by K-POP Demon Hunter Characters which was a highlight of the event! The performed their very catchy tunes which brought so many smiles to faces and also stayed for some photos after the performance too. Check out some photos of the fun event activities below!

An exciting visit from the Easter bunny

And of course, it wouldn't be an Easter event without a special visit from the beloved Easter Bunny. Children were delighted as the Easter Bunny hopped in to say hello, sharing smiles, waves and plenty of excitement throughout the centre. Children also enjoyed some yummy Easter eggs from the Easter Bunny, and parents were able to enjoy some delicious Hot Cross buns from our community partners at Woolworths too. We appreciate everyone all our vendors and community partners who joined us for our event, as well as our wonderful Aspire staff who helped out and made the day truly memorable. Bringing the community together is important for us at Aspire and helps everyone feel values and supported. Through events tied to occasions like Easter, children can explore traditions, develop social confidence and feel part of something bigger than themselves.
