Aspire Pakenham Childcare Centre

At Aspire Pakenham, we cater to children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our centre is ideal for parents looking for a long-term childcare solution. We are situated in a great location close to Pakenham train station, Pakenham Central Marketplace, and various local parks and reserves.

Progressing from the nursery through to our Kindergarten program, our centre has 7 learning rooms specifically designed for each age group and development. This allows them to learn at their own pace, whilst building social skills by engaging with their peers. Our Aspire Pakenham centre is warm and inviting. The interior has a variety of glass windows which offer natural light throughout the centre, dedicated learning areas and room for every child to explore. We recognise the role of the family in a child’s education, and we operate in a community minded manner.

Kindergarten - Abby’s Yoga, SketchRoo, Little Sports Heroes

We also offer monthly incursions run by Aunty Karen called "Yimba Yumba". This program educates the children about the Traditional Custodians of the land and our connection to culture.

Expansive Outdoor Environment

At this purpose-built childcare Pakenham centre, our outdoor play area connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. Our outdoor facilities include cubby houses, veggie gardens, bike paths, sand pits, dry creek beds and a rock-climbing area, as well as three different playground areas.

We regularly run outdoor programs, ranging from environmental education to sports programs, which enhance the children’s cognitive and social skills. They also learn to discover new concepts and gain an understanding of environmental sustainability through different activities.

Caring, Compassionate Staff who Cater to Individual Needs

Our educators aim to build strong relationships and support the well-being of every child under our care. Our Educators hold bachelor’s degrees as a minimum and are fully qualified as Early Childhood Teachers. We take a combined approach towards teaching incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. Our wish for every child is that they’re happy and engaged in their learning and develop a sense of identity and connection within our community.

Meet the Centre Manager for Pakenham

I'm Zoe and I've been with Aspire for 3 years, where I have grown and enhanced my knowledge as an Assistant Educator to the Centre Director for Pakenham. I hold a diploma in Early Childcare Education, which I completed through Selmar.

I am a mother to 2 beautiful children, a wife, and a pet owner. I love the AFL – GO HAWKS!, NRL – Go Melbourne Storm, and I am obsessed with Minnie and Mickey Mouse! I value the time I spend with my loved ones and pursuing my passions. This motivates me to provide the best care for all children and families.

Working with children not only brings me joy, but also gives me a positive perspective on life. I take pride in being responsive, communicative, and honest, and I believe in building and maintaining trust with the team and our wonderful families. I am easy going and have an open-door policy because I believe that being aware of any situation allows me to provide the best support for a positive outcome.
